To enter a quilt, wall hanging, miniature, or warable art:
- Complete one application form for each entry which can be downloaded in .pdf format by clicking here.
- Attach a photo snapshot of each entry to the application form.
- Include a SASE and your $3 application fee for each judged item (make checks payable to DCQG).
- Mail to the address shown on the application form.
- All entries are due by August 28, 2008.
- Confirmations and drop-off information will be sent out by September 11, 2008.
